2. Use of Our Website and Services

Your results depend on many factors, including your offer, market, pricing, sales process, team, fulfillment, advertising budget, customer experience, execution, competition, industry, and business model.
Any references to revenue growth, profit improvement, lead generation, or scaling are not promises or guarantees of future performance.
4. Client Responsibilities
To work with Self-Developed™, you may be required to provide accurate information, platform access, account access, creative assets, business details, feedback, approvals, and other materials needed to perform the services.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Respond to requests and approvals in a timely manner
Maintain ownership and access to your business accounts
Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
Review and approve marketing materials when required
Pay all agreed fees on time
Maintain your own advertising budgets, software subscriptions, domains, hosting, CRM tools, and third-party platform fees unless otherwise agreed in writing
Delays in providing access, approvals, content, payment, or required information may delay project timelines.
5. Payments, Billing, and Refunds
Fees, payment schedules, and billing terms will be provided through a written agreement, proposal, invoice, checkout page, or other approved payment method.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Payments are due according to the agreed payment schedule
Payments are non-refundable once work has started
Late or failed payments may result in paused work, delayed deliverables, or terminated services
Third-party costs such as ad spend, software fees, CRM fees, automation tools, domains, hosting, and platform charges are the client’s responsibility
Due to the strategic, creative, and service-based nature of our work, refunds are not provided unless specifically stated in a written agreement.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms, including but not limited to advertising platforms, analytics tools, CRMs, email platforms, automation tools, funnel builders, website platforms, payment processors, calendar tools, and AI tools.
You understand and agree that Self-Developed™ does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for:
Platform outages
Account suspensions or restrictions
Advertising disapprovals
Policy changes
Algorithm changes
Software bugs
Delivery issues
Data loss caused by third-party systems
Changes in platform pricing or functionality
You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and rules of any third-party platform used in connection with your business.
7. SMS, MMS, and A2P Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number to Self-Developed™ through our website, forms, booking pages, advertisements, lead forms, or other opt-in methods, you agree that Self-Developed™ may send you text messages related to your inquiry, appointment, consultation, services, account, or requested information.

Client-specific final deliverables may be used by the client for their own business after full payment has been received
Unpaid work, drafts, concepts, and strategies remain the property of Self-Developed™
The name Self-Developed™, related branding, logos, service names, and proprietary frameworks may not be used without written permission.
12. Confidentiality
During our relationship, either party may share confidential business information. Both parties agree to take reasonable steps to protect confidential information and not disclose it to unauthorized parties.
Confidential information may include business plans, client data, marketing strategies, financial information, sales processes, account access, internal systems, customer information, and proprietary methods.
Confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, already known, or required to be disclosed by law.
13. Testimonials, Portfolio Use, and Case Studies
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Self-Developed™ may reference general project outcomes, testimonials, completed work, screenshots, business names, or results for portfolio, marketing, or case study purposes.
We will make reasonable efforts not to disclose private or sensitive business information without permission.
If you do not want your business, project, testimonial, or results referenced publicly, please notify us in writing.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Self-Developed™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, advertising losses, platform restrictions, or loss of goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim related to our website, services, or these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you to Self-Developed™ for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim.
15. Indemnification

16. Termination
